Software that runs cancer and cell therapy programs.

The EHR holds the chart. It does not run the program. Cell therapy centers and community oncology practices coordinate a long, multi-step course across departments, and across institutions when a patient is referred, and today that work lives in spreadsheets, whiteboards, faxes and coordinators' heads. We build the software that runs it, beside the EHR, and the company is led by an oncology and cell therapy nurse.

The thesis

In brief.

A program-scale problem

Every step of a cell therapy course, from referral to authorization, collection, manufacturing and months of follow-up, has an owner in a different department, and a missed hand-off costs weeks. Community practices run the same kind of course on thin staff. Each software alternative owns one slice; none runs the whole course.

Land one program, grow along the referral

Each program gets its own deployment and clears review at program scale, not through system-wide procurement. A paid pilot proves the value on the product's own data. Growth follows the work: more tools for the same program, then the partner institution on the other side of each referral.

An honest posture

The customer's EHR remains the system of record for the chart. Our tools keep the record of the program's work and the minimum patient identity they need, and every stored copy of chart data is named and bounded, on the record. While the market sells “put your data in us safely,” we sell the smallest footprint that still does the job, and health-system compliance offices notice the difference.

How we're building

Deliberately.

The company is early-stage and privately held, led by a practicing clinician, and built governance-first: the security architecture, the compliance documentation, and the copy discipline you can read on our security page, where we tell you what we don't claim, all predate our first customer. We think that ordering is the moat, and we run the company the way the product runs: plain claims, recorded decisions, no adjectives where evidence belongs.

The memo

Request the memo.

We share a detailed memorandum, the market logic, the business model, the plan, and an honest risk section, with prospective investors in direct conversation. If that's you, tell us who you are.
